By accessing, registering, or using ANFT ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the services provided by ANFT. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, valid email address, and a secure password.

• Each person is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in account suspension.

Upon registration, you will automatically receive a Free Plan that allows you to watch up to 10 ads daily and earn $ 1.00 per ad.

ANFT offers various investment plans that determine your daily ad limit and earning potential. Available plans include:

• Plans are activated upon successful deposit and admin approval.
• Plan validity starts from the date of activation.
• Once a plan expires, you must renew or upgrade to continue earning.
• All plan investments are non-refundable once activated.
• Plan prices and features may change at any time without prior notice.

Users earn money by watching advertisements and completing tasks available on the Platform. The following rules apply:

• You must watch each ad for the full required duration before claiming your reward.
• Daily ad limits are determined by your active plan.
• Earnings are credited to your balance immediately after successful ad completion.
• Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated tools to watch ads is strictly prohibited.
• Some ads may require visiting external links and waiting for a specified duration.
• Some ads may have a maximum view limit per user or a cooldown period between views.
• Ad availability may vary and is not guaranteed at all times.
• We reserve the right to modify ad rewards, limits, and availability at any time.

To activate premium plans, users must deposit funds into their account. The following terms apply to deposits:

• Deposits must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform.
• You must submit valid payment proof (screenshot and/or transaction ID) as required by the payment method.
• Deposits are subject to admin verification and approval.
• Processing time for deposits is typically 1-24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method.
• Fake or fraudulent payment proofs will result in immediate account suspension.
• Deposited amounts are non-refundable once the plan is activated.

Users can withdraw their earned balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is $ 5.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours after admin approval.
• You must provide accurate account details (name and number) for receiving funds.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawals per day are allowed.
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect account details provided by the user.
• Rejected withdrawals will have the amount refunded to your balance automatically.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts with suspicious activity may be delayed or denied.
• Service fees may apply to withdrawals as displayed on the withdrawal page.

ANFT offers a referral program that allows users to earn bonuses by inviting new members:

• Each user receives a unique referral link and referral ID upon registration.
• Referral bonus percentage is determined by your active plan (up to 10%).
• Bonuses are credited when your referral activates a paid plan.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.
• Self-referrals and fake referrals are strictly prohibited.
• Referral bonuses from fraudulent accounts will be revoked.
• We reserve the right to modify referral percentages at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions:

• Suspended accounts will lose access to all Platform features.
• Funds in suspended accounts may be frozen pending investigation.
• Accounts involved in fraud will be permanently banned without refund.
• You may appeal a suspension by contacting support within 7 days.
• Our decision on account suspensions is final and binding.

• ANFT does not guarantee any specific returns on investments.
• Earnings depend on ad availability, which may fluctuate.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred through use of the Platform.
• Technical issues, server downtime, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.
• This Platform is for entertainment and supplemental income purposes only.

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Platform, you agree to the following data practices:

• We collect your name, email, phone number, and IP address for account management.
• Payment proofs and transaction records are stored for verification purposes.
• Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with law enforcement if required by law.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
